mugen-arena(以下「本プロジェクト」)は、MUGEN キャラクターの AI 対戦を配信する個人の非営利プロジェクトです。本ポリシーは、本プロジェクトの配信管理ツール(以下「本ツール」)およびこのウェブサイトにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。

1. YouTube API サービスの利用

本ツールは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。本ツールを利用することで、YouTube 利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。また、Google による情報の取り扱いについては Google プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

2. 取得する情報

本ツールは、本プロジェクトの運営者が自身の Google アカウントで許可した範囲で、運営者自身の YouTube チャンネルについて次の情報にアクセスします。

ライブ配信(配信枠)とストリームの設定・状態

視聴者・コメント投稿者など、運営者以外の方の個人情報を取得することはありません。

3. 利用目的

取得した情報は、運営者のチャンネルのライブ配信を管理するため(一定時間ごと・大会の前後に配信を区切ってアーカイブにすること、次の配信枠を作成してタイトル・説明を設定すること、配信の状態を確認すること)にのみ利用します。

4. 保存と共有

Google から発行される認証情報(更新用トークン)は、運営者の配信用 PC にのみ保存され、外部のサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。

5. アクセス許可の取り消し

運営者はいつでも Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定から本ツールへのアクセス許可を取り消すことができます。取り消すと保存されている認証情報は使えなくなり、本ツールの連携を解除した時点で削除されます。

6. このウェブサイト

このウェブサイトは、Cookie やアクセス解析ツールを使用していません。表示言語の選択のみ、お使いのブラウザ内(localStorage)に保存します。

7. 改定

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合はこのページの最終更新日を更新します。

mugen-arena ("the Project") is a personal, non-commercial project that streams AI battles between MUGEN characters. This policy explains how the Project's stream management tool ("the Tool") and this website handle information.

1. Use of YouTube API Services

The Tool uses the YouTube API Services. By using the Tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. For how Google handles data, see the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Information accessed

With the permission the Project's operator grants with their own Google account, the Tool accesses the following about the operator's own YouTube channel:

The channel name
Live broadcasts and live stream settings and status

The Tool never collects personal information about anyone other than the operator, such as viewers or commenters.

3. How it is used

The information is used only to manage the live streams on the operator's channel: cutting the stream into archives every few hours and before / after tournaments, creating the next broadcast with its title and description, and checking the broadcast status.

4. Storage and sharing

The credentials issued by Google (a refresh token) are stored only on the operator's streaming PC and are never sent to or stored on any other server. No information is sold or shared with third parties.

5. Revoking access

The operator can revoke the Tool's access at any time on the Google Account security settings page. Revoking access makes the stored credentials unusable; they are deleted when the Tool is unlinked.

6. This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics. Only your choice of display language is stored in your own browser (localStorage).

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The "last updated" date above changes when it is.
